Overview
Properly level the front of your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger truck by installing this 2.5-inch leveling kit from BDS. Specially designed for the new Ranger, this 2.5" leveling kit is engineered for additional tire clearance and improved performance without overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop. To prevent maxing out ball joints or CV damage, BDS gets around this issue by using a 2-piece design with a smaller top mounted steel strut spacer in combination with a preload spacer. To further ensure proper drivetrain geometry the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets. These brackets correct CV axle angle while allowing the use of the factory front skid plates. BDS 6-Inch Lift Kit For 2019-2023 Ford Ranger
Overview
BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger trucks with 6-inch suspension lift kits. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes a heavy-duty replacement transfer case cross-member, high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.High Clearance Crossmemebers
