This quality 2019 Ford Ranger Upper Control Arm system is perfect for owners looking to increase ride height to run slightly larger tires than factory. The system will provide additional wheel travel with no suspension bind at full droop.
Lift is accomplished with steel spacers that utilize the factory Coilover shocks for a stock like ride.
Fabtech’s Upper Control Arms address the geometry of the front suspension with the new ride height for proper align ability. Heavy duty ball joints allow for extended suspension travel to eliminate binding. The system has been designed for proper CV axle angle and plunge thus eliminating the need to reposition the front differential.
Included in this system is Fabtech’s Offset Intrusion Beam Kit that allows use of 33" tires. The factory Intrusion Beams are located in the front fenderwells, forward and back of the tire. They limit the size of the tire you can install while being an integral part of the front collision safety impact feature of the vehicle. Rather than modifying or removing the Beams for tire clearance, Fabtech provides replacement Offset Intrusion Beams. They are constructed of 1/4" thick steel and are a welded box design for maximum strength. They allow full steer with 33/1250R tires w/ a 5" back space wheel.
Rear lift comes from 1.5" blocks and u-bolts.

Overview
Properly level the front of your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger truck by installing this 2.5-inch leveling kit from BDS. Specially designed for the new Ranger, this 2.5" leveling kit is engineered for additional tire clearance and improved performance without overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop. To prevent maxing out ball joints or CV damage, BDS gets around this issue by using a 2-piece design with a smaller top mounted steel strut spacer in combination with a preload spacer. To further ensure proper drivetrain geometry the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets. These brackets correct CV axle angle while allowing the use of the factory front skid plates. The lift kit includes steel top mount strut spacers, pre-load spacers, differential relocation brackets and custom-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance series shocks. Built to outperform, BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger trucks with 6-inch suspension lift kits with FOX 2.5 Coil-over shocks. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. This kit includes everything necessary to set your Ford Ranger truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes a heavy duty replacement transfer case cross-member, high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.DSC Adjustment

If using a plasma cutter for frame bracket mod, disconnecting the battery is highly recommended. Stock 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. When balancing tires for 17-18" wheels, wheel weights are best positioned towards the center of the wheel to avoid interference with the tie rod end. Rack and Pinion steering is sensitive to tire choice. Aggressive tires, smaller backspacing or tires that require several wheel weights may induce steering wheel wobble. Will not work on Tremor model.
