Icon Coilover Kit For 2019-2023 Ford Ranger

ReadyLIFT offers 2019-2023 Ford Ranger owners a premium quality suspension choice. We combined our 3.0" front leveling kit with a 1" tall rear block for lifted stance both front and rear that provides a small amount of rake for towing or hauling. The ReadyLIFT new CNC-machined billet Aluminum 69-2930 3.0" front kit is perfect to help get the Ranger level and looking much better while a heavy-duty 1" tall rear block complete with centering pins and longer u-bolts brings the rear up nicely. This kit allows for a mild increase in tire size. 69-2930 is easy to install but does require a spring compressor. This kit uses our Top Hat Replacement technology that combines a top mount leveling kit with a spring preload spacer in one single component. Requires no cutting or modifications and installs easily in just a few hours. The ideal choice for Ranger owners who want to raise the front of their new truck and install larger wheels and tires, all while maintaining the factory ride and handling. BDS 6-Inch Full Suspension Lift Kit With FOX Coilovers For 2019-2023 Ford Ranger

Built to outperform, BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger trucks with 6-inch suspension lift kits with FOX 2.5 Coil-over shocks. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. This kit includes everything necessary to set your Ford Ranger truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes a heavy duty replacement transfer case cross-member, high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

DSC Adjustment

FOX 2.5 coil-overs are available with standard with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain.

High Clearance Crossmemebers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

If using a plasma cutter for frame bracket mod, disconnecting the battery is highly recommended. Stock 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. When balancing tires for 17-18" wheels, wheel weights are best positioned towards the center of the wheel to avoid interference with the tie rod end. Rack and Pinion steering is sensitive to tire choice. Aggressive tires, smaller backspacing or tires that require several wheel weights may induce steering wheel wobble. Will not work on Tremor model.
