SAFETY TIPS

Using a winch can be dangerous, so be sure to follow the following tips to minimize the risk of personal injury or equipment damage:

1. Be sure to wear thick work gloves when handling winches, as cables can easily damage your hands.
2. When rewinding the cable, do not let the cable pass through your hand.
3. If you are using trees as anchors, always wrap tree trunk protectors near the bottom of the ground; Wrap it too high, and there's a lot of leverage that can uproot the tree.
4. For extreme winch conditions, use a heavy blanket, drag or winch to weigh the strained cable. This helps absorb the released energy and makes it more likely to fall to the ground if it is released suddenly and suddenly.
5. When using a winch with others, use a set of agreeing gestures to prevent communication errors.
6. Do not stand on or straddle the tight winch lines and avoid standing between the towed object and its anchor. If the line gets stuck and hits you, you can easily trip and risk serious injury.
7. Check the condition of winch regularly. Before each cross-country drive, check the cable for corrosion, kink or wear, and check the surface of the roller.
8. Clean the winch regularly. If it is dirty, damage will be harder to detect and the dirty metal will rust faster.
9. Never hook the cable on itself as this can cause damage and increase the risk of the clasp. Always use a tree trunk protector instead.
10. Always make sure the hook opening is facing up. If the hook fails, these forces are on the ground and not in the air.

• 6.6 HP SERIES WOUND MOTOR: The XPV 13500 lb. winch powered by a 6.6hp output series wound DC 12V pure copper motor. The new solenoid successfully implements the principles of heat insulation, toughness, high stability, avoid the problem of capstan damage or motor burning caused by insufficient solenoid power. The connection between the clutch and the gear is strengthened by the new clutch system, making it more difficult to damage the clutch.
• SAFETY: For positive load control, there is a Power in & Power out motor. The powerful current can not only support the motor's operation smoothly and work within its rated current without any current impact, but also ensure the electric winch safety and your safety at all times. A 3 stage, 6.6 HP series wound motor comes with a 265:1 planetary gear ratio.
• 3-STAGE PLANETARY GEAR SYSTEM: With its modern and effective 3 planetary gear system, free spooling clutch and ability to deliver strong traction under load and higher linear speed, this electric winch will prove to be an invaluable travel companion.
• IP67 WATERPROOF: Our XPV winch has a new generation of wireless remote control, with an IP67 waterproof grade, that can operate accurately from a distance regardless of terrain or weather. This versatile controller incorporates wired and wireless control (up to 35m). When the green light is on, it is the wireless state. When the red light is on, it is the wired state.
